Supply balance of legumes
Description
These data show an overview of the supply balances of legumes. In the upper graph, the usable quantities of the production are shown as columns. For each year, stocks, imports and exports, domestic use and food consumption, as well as the degree of self-sufficiency and consumption per capita are recorded in the lower range from 1990 onwards.
Note: Last year's figures are preliminary.
