Publication of DINUM notices (Articles 3 and 7)

Description

**The Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM)** publishes its compliance notices on major projects in the State information system. In order to ensure the security and compliance of major IT projects of the State and bodies under the supervision of the State, any project exceeding EUR 9 million must, under Article 3 of Decree No 2019-1088 on the State Information and Communication System, be submitted for assent to the Director of DINUM. This opinion shall be requested by the Secretary-General of the issuing Ministry. Each project is then evaluated according to five axes: strategy, finance, governance, implementation and planning. In the interests of transparency and openness, and in line with the Law for a Digital Republic, the list of these opinions will be regularly updated. Each opinion shall be accompanied by recommendations specifying the areas of improvement to be taken into account for the smooth running of the project. All projects that have received assent are monitored in the context of the overview of major projects of the SI of the State that DINUM has been publishing since November 2016.
