Description
A body of water body of water is a distinct and significant part of surface waters such as a lake, a reservoir, constituting the elementary division of aquatic environments intended to be the unit of assessment of the WFD.
WFD reporting correspondence: This entity corresponds to the WISE Surface Water Body (SWB) concept where the attribute 'specialisedZoneType' = 'lakeWaterBody'.
Layers shall be disseminated in a format compliant with the SANDRE Data Dictionary of the Water Body Repository, version 1.4.
