Annex budget of the Mervans EHPAD

Description

Benefiting from a reduced rate of VAT for its works, the construction of the EHPAD required a separate follow-up in the annex budget. This budget now shows the flows relating to the repayment by the structure managing the EHPAD of the additional loan taken out to carry out the operation. This budget will continue as long as the loan is not amortised. That depreciation and the corresponding interest shall be repaid in full by the institution each year.
