Supplementary budget of the Public Initiative Network - THD

Description

This budget is dedicated to the construction of the very high-speed public initiative network (RIP THD). It traces the expenses and revenues of porting the investments of the infrastructures of the THD to the Department. The RIP THD is an industrial public service operated under budget and accounting instruction M4.
