REDIAM. WMS HIC 2120 Mobile coastal dunes with Ammophila arenaria (white dunes)
Description
WMS service corresponding to Habitat of non-priority Community Interest 2120 consisting of large and mobile accumulations of sand that constitute the first dune cordon (white dunes) on both the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, being the stage prior to the fixing of the dunes. They develop at a certain distance from the shore, where the balance between the force of the wind and the weight and friction of the sand is adequate for these mounds to occur. In them the accumulation of organic matter is incipient. Node of the Andalusian Environmental Information Network. Regional Government of Andalusia. Integrated in the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia, following the guidelines of the Cartographic System of Andalusia.
