Description
Ground benchmarks are average location values for the soil, based on one square meter of land area. They are determined for a majority of plots of land that are broadly consistent in their actual characteristics and legal circumstances, have a substantially identical structure and location, and have an approximately equal price level at the time of the land level assessment. Soil benchmarks are therefore based on typical ratios of individual areas (ground indicative value zones).
