Daily air quality (Citeair) indices per pollutant on the Île-de-France, the departments, the Parisian municipalities and the Parisian districts

Description

Air quality indices are communication tools that periodically describe in a simple form (qualifying, number) the overall state of air quality in a given geographical area. These indices are not tools for triggering or managing actions provided for by prefectural procedures in case of episodes of ambient air pollution. For more information on the European CITEAIR Index: http://www.airparif.fr/reglementation/indice-qualite-air-europeen The indices given are background indices, i.e. excluding direct influence from sources of pollution. The municipalities and boroughs are designated by the insee code, the region by “0” and the departments by their number (75, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95)
