Essential data of grant agreements

Access in electronic form to the essential data of the grant agreements, within the meaning of Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May 2017.

Relevant audiences: administration of the State and local authorities; public institutions and private persons entrusted with a public service mission.

Subject: definition of the essential data of grants and how they are made available.

Entry into force: the text enters into force the day after its publication. It concerns grants subject to an agreement signed from 1 August 2017.

Notice: the decree defines the essential data of the grant agreements to be disseminated by the authorities awarding grants as well as the modalities for disseminating these data.

References: the decree is adopted for the application of Article 18 of Law No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016 for a Digital Republic, which amended Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations.
