Directory of rental housing of social lenders

The purpose of the directory of rental housing of social donors is to establish the overall state of the rental housing stock of these social donors as of January 1 of a year. Set up on 1 January 2011, it is fed by information provided by social donors.

This provision meets the expectations of Decree n°2009-1485 of 2 December 2009 on the directory of rental housing of social donors. It lists the information contained in relation to Article R411-4: “Any person who requests it from the departmental statistical unit of housing may obtain, by electronic means and free of charge, the information referred to in Article R411-3 d, e, f, g and j, for any rental housing listed in the directory, excluding housing of mixed economy companies which do not give rise to the payment of the contribution provided for in Article L. 452-4”.

They are carried out by the DREAL (Regional Directorates for the Environment, Planning and Housing) in regions, by the DRIEAT-IF (Regional and Interdepartmental Directorate for the Environment, Planning and Transport) in Île-de-France and by the DEALs (Directions of the Environment, Planning and Housing) in Overseas using the “propre.rpls” tool that allows automated production.
