— Level 1 (Service offered: passage of the bibliobus twice a year): Municipalities with a fitted room, accessible, reserved mainly for the library. Open to the public at least once a week, necessarily on Wednesday or Saturday. Total free of charge (if budget for acquisitions of works non-existent.
— Level 2 (Service offered: passage of the bibliobus twice a year, monthly shuttle for booking exchanges, long-term complementary loans, CDRom loans if PC available to the public): Municipalities with a room exclusively reserved for the library, fitted out, with a minimum surface of 35 m², accessible. Open to the public at least 2 hours per week, including a Wednesday or Saturday. Budget line for acquisition of documents of at least EUR 0.76 per capita. followed by at least one library manager of a basic training course organised by the Bibliothèque des Côtes d’Armor.

Opening hours to the public: —communities with less than 100 inhabitants: 2 times 2 hours — common between 1000 and 3000 inhabitants: 6 hours/week. —municipalities with more than 3000 inhabitants: 8 hours/week. Budget line for acquisition of documents of at least EUR 1.22 per inhabitant. Attended by at least one library manager a basic training course organised by the Côtes d’Armor Library.
