Average and median annual price of real estate sales located in pre-emption zone

Description

Average and median annual price (in euros) of real estate sales located in pre-emption zone on the Community of Communes Cœur Côte Fleurie since 2016, by municipality. The average price corresponds to the average prices of all sales. The median price is the amount allowing the number of sales to be divided into two equal parts: those with a lower amount and those with a higher amount. Only sales for which the amount has been entered are taken into account. The data come from the administration of soil law of the Community of Communes and the municipalities of Deauville, Trouville and Touques.
