Description
In the case of municipalities, the clearance of accounts must be preceded by an estimate and invoice cross-section (VRV cross-section) with a breakdown into the current account statement, the capital statement without financial transactions, the financial transactions and the settlement of surpluses or withdrawals from previous years.
