Test data transformation Lambert 72 to Lambert 2008 coordinates

Description

This dataset can be used to test the transformation of Lambert 72 to Lambert 2008 coordinates according to EPSG:8369 'BD72 to ETRS89 (3) 0.01m accuracy'. EPSG:8369 is the most precise transformation method available in GIS applications, using Nicolas SIMON's NTV2 transformation grid from SPW. The dataset contains 177K points with a geometry according to the Lambert 72 (EPSG:31370) coordinate reference system (CRS) and xy coordinates according to the Lambert 2008 (EPSG:3812) CRS converted with the normative cConvert application of the National Geographic Institute (NGI). The test procedure takes place in 3 steps: 1. Transform geom from LB72 to L08; 2. Calculate the distance with cConvert coordinates; and 3. Verify that the distance =< 0.011m.
