Breton public procurement in regulatory JSON format (2013-2015)
Description
The association [Breizh Small Business Act](http://breizhsmallbusinessact.fr/) published data for 5749 public procurement contracts from ten Breton communities [on the My Breizh Open Data portal](https://breizh-sba.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/marches-publics-collectivites-bretonnes/information/).
In order to experiment with the production of public procurement data in [regulatory format](https://github.com/etalab/format-commande-publique), I converted this data [from CSV format](https://breizh-sba.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/marches-publics-collectivites-bretonnes/download/?format=csv&timezone=Europe/Berlin&use_labels_for_header=true) to [the JSON “package” version of the regulatory format].
