Description
Nature parks are man-made landscapes. They have been used for many years, so they are influenced by human action. The aim of the Nature Park is to reconcile the protection and use of the landscape (‘protection by use’). In the area, sustainable, gentle land use is to be pursued and sustainable recreational tourism is to be promoted. In addition, nature parks should consist mainly of nature conservation or landscape conservation areas and have a wide variety of species and biotopes.
