Description
Objective in the regional plans; Functions which dominate the economic and social character of a non-central local community and in their spatial effect go far beyond one’s own community or which in basic centres represent a clearly distinguished function over the other tasks of a basic centre. They are assigned to the entire community. Measures consistent with the safeguarding or development of the municipal function are permitted in a non-centralised location beyond the scope of the municipality’s own development.
