Welcome to this program that will allow you to calculate your food footprint. Whether you are a CITIZEN, a COLLECTIVITY or a STABILITY, this programme will define the land area mobilised to produce the food you use for your daily diet. The foods that are offered here are only foods that can be produced in Gironde. > If you are a citizen, you will be able to inform your eating habits for a day. The program will then show you the consumption of land, water and greenhouse gas emissions from your diet. > If you are a community or school, it will allow you to define the area needed to feed your population or students. Food designed to be produced locally and biologically. This food footprint calculation program is a prototype that can and must be improved and fed, it is by no means an absolute truth but gives an idea, close to the field, of the consequences of our food on the environment.
