Description
The e-Satis +48h MCO questionnaire is made available, online, to collect patient experience and satisfaction on an ongoing basis from all patients hospitalized for more than 48 hours in medicine, surgery or obstetrics (MCO).
It allows the patient to give his or her opinion on all stages of his or her journey in the healthcare establishment:
- welcome: accessibility, welcome booklet, identification of staff, visiting hours, etc.;
- its defrayal: information, shared medical decision, waiting times, respect for privacy/confidentiality, listening and support, pain management, etc.;
- his room and meals;
- its exit: organisation, information received on medicinal products and follow-up, ...
