Contributions to the consultation "Open Government Action Plan 2017-2019: Ideation"

By joining the [Partnership for Open Government] (https://www.etalab.gouv.fr/ogp) (PGO) in April 2014, France undertook to draw up, in consultation with civil society, national plans every two years for more transparent, participatory and collaborative public action.
- A first action plan was published in July 2015 for the period 2015-2017,
- Monitoring of the implementation of these commitments is ongoing

The online consultation "Open Government Action Plan 2017-2019: ideation", conducted by the Etalab mission from 15 March to 21 April 2017, initiated the update of the French commitments for a second action plan, which will cover the period 2017-2019.

It has collected contributions around several axes:
- Reporting: How can transparency and accountability in public action be improved?
- Consult, consult, co-produce: In which areas of public action should more consultation and co-production processes be introduced?
- Open and share digital resources : In which areas of public action do we deepen the openness of data and the sharing of digital resources (data, API, source code, etc.)?
- Open and transform the administration: How can we further open up the administration to changes, innovations and the diversity of society, and stimulate open innovation?
