PAS database (ready for social accession).
Description
The SAP loan base (state-guaranteed social accession loan) lists since 1993 data on operations financed through PAS loans. These data are transmitted by the credit agencies that distribute it within the framework of an agreement with the State and the SGFGAS (Société de Gestion des Financements et de la Garantie de l’Accession Sociale à la propriétée). This database lists in particular the year of issue of the operation, the type of housing financed, or its geographical location.
