PTZ database (zero rate loans)
Description
The zero-rate loan base has been recording data on operations financed by zero-rate loans since 1995. These data, obtained in connection with the distribution of these loans subsidised by the State, are transmitted by the credit institutions which distribute it under an agreement with the State, and the SGFGAS (Société de Gestion des Financesments et de la Guarantee de l’Accession Sociale à la propriété). This database lists in particular the year in which the loan was issued, the type of operation, the geographical location, the price per square metre of the operation, the terms, amounts and rates of the PTZ of all loans of the operation, or the income per household consumption unit.
