PTZ database (zero-interest loan)
Description
The zero-interest loan base has been recording data on operations financed by zero-interest loans since 1995. These data, obtained in the context of the distribution of these loans subsidised by the State, are transmitted by the credit agencies which distribute it under an agreement with the State, and the SGFGAS (Société de Gestion des Financements et de la Garantie de l’Accession Sociale à la propriété). This database lists in particular the year of issue of the loan, the type of operation, the geographical location, the price per square metre of the operation, the durations, amounts and rates of the PTZ of all the loans of the operation, or the income per unit of consumption of the household.
