This collection of navigation agreements reflects Canada’s participation in key international instruments governing maritime safety, vessel construction standards, pollution prevention, and seafarer training. It includes amendments to major conventions such as SOLAS, MARPOL, and the IGC/IBC Codes, as well as updates to fire testing procedures and requirements for ships carrying hazardous or liquefied gases.
