Description

Article 69 of the Digital Republic Act introduces the possibility for local authorities who so wish to set up strategies for the development of digital uses and services. This includes "promoting the balance of the offer of digital services on the territory as well as the establishment of shared resources, public and private, including digital mediation". In this context, the Digital Agency is responsible for drafting the framework document entitled National guidelines for the development of digital uses and services in the territories.
