Open Bio: full basis on expenditure on inter-scheme medical biology

Description

This dataset comes from a certified public service The Open Bio data offer consists of a set of annual databases, covering the consumption of medical biology acts in 2014 to 2022. It provides additional information to the BiolAM file. All data are extracted from the National Health Data System (SNDS). Biology data are presented in an aggregated manner according to the pathophysiological group (GRP) to which they are attached and in detail according to the nomenclature of acts of medical biology (ACTE). This offer is based on two types of datasets: Base complète sur les dépenses de biologie médicale interrégimes The first Open_Bio datasets 2014 to 2022 make it possible to study the annual expenditure on medical biology (amounts reimbursed – REM – and reimbursable – BSE) as well as the annual count of acts (DNB), based on descriptive elements on beneficiaries (age group, gender, region of residence according to the new INSEE nomenclature) or information on the prescriber’s specialty, for one year. Bases complémentaires enrichies des dénombrements de bénéficiaires The second datasets were compiled in addition to the Open_Bio databases from 2014 to 2022 to report the number of persons who benefited from medical biology procedures, at the aggregate level of the pathophysiological group or at the more detailed level of the nomenclature of medical biology procedures. These files are prefixed by NB and the year concerned. Then, the suffix indicates on the one hand the level of the nomenclature studied (GRP: group; ACT: detailed act), on the other hand the additional breakdown criteria. Each year, sixteen bases are set up to meet the need and ensure that consumers do not double-count.
