Number and rate of acts teletransmitted on SI @CTES (according to @CTES and INDIGO) by department for the whole of France from 2013 to 2016
Description
The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by making the ratio between the number teletransmitted on the information system @CTES and the total number of acts received under the legality check, whether in paper or electronic format.
The volume of the information system @CTES increased by + 17 % from 2015 to 2016 (compared to + 46 % from 2014 to 2015), reaching 1,791 billion bytes. The number of files decreased by 8 % (compared to + 28 % from 2014 to 2015), from 3,257 thousand in 2015 to 3,007 thousand in 2016.
The evolution of volume (+ 17 %) is slightly higher than in the number of documents transmitted electronically, which reached 2 712 000 acts in 2016, an increase of + 14 % compared to 2015; the increase in the number of acts transmitted via @CTES therefore resumed after a significant deceleration between 2014 and 2015 (+ 4 %).
It results from the combination of these two phenomena (increase in volume and almost equivalent increase in the number of acts transmitted electronically) a stagnation in the average volume of acts: this is reflected in the average number of bytes per act which increased by only + 2 % from 2015 to 2016 (compared to + 40 % from 2014 to 2015).
The number of documents transmitted electronically via @CTES follows a progression comparable to the number of issuers registered in the application.
The rate of acts transmitted electronically via @CTES in relation to the total number of acts transmitted under the legality review (53.2 %) is significantly higher than the rate reached in 2015 (46 %).
This indicator continued to improve, partly driven by the very slight decrease (-1.2 %) in the total number of acts received under the legality review in 2016 (5 095 000) compared to 2015 (5 157 000).
It is interesting to note that some prefectures have retained the habit of recording all or part of the documents sent in paper form by local authorities that have not yet entered into an agreement with their prefecture of attachment.
