Evolution of the number and rate of issuers connected or registered to the SI @CTES for the whole of France, by department and by strata of departments from 2010 to 2016
Description
The rate of connected transmitters is obtained by relating the number of transmitters connected to the @CTES information system to the total number of transmitters likely to be connected to it (target).
The number of local authorities registered in the @CTES information system stood at 30 000 on 1 January 2017, compared with 24 000 at the beginning of 2016. It therefore experienced a variation of + 26% between 2016 and 2017, equivalent to the increase of + 26% between 2015 and 2016.
Municipalities represent the vast majority of issuers (67%), followed by public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (18%) and local public institutions (14%).
At constant rates, the rate of issuers registered in the @CTES application (53%) on 1 January 2017 is significantly higher than the rate reached on 1 January 2016 (43%), out of a target initially estimated at 56 000 communities (initial target).
If we subtract the activated issuers whose acts are registered by the prefectures, the rate of issuers actually connected in relation to the initial target (and not simply registered) to the information system is now only 52%.
With regard to the revised target (75 888 issuers), the rate of issuers registered in @CTES stood at 39.6% on 1 January 2017, compared with 31.4% on 1 January 2016.
If we subtract the activated transmitters whose acts are registered by the prefectures, the rate of transmitters actually connected to the information system is now only 39%.
