****Description of the tool:****
The nomadic digital application ‘Unlimited Cities’ makes it possible to deploy a collaborative urban planning system in the programming phase, i.e. at a time when public space development, urban planning and architecture projects can still evolve.
Specifically, the Unlimited Cities Saint-Nazaire application, developed by UFO for nomadic media, offers 7 photographic views of the districts studied and allows users to vary intensity sliders on a scale ranging from one to five for different criteria: density, nature, mobility, neighbourhood life and creativity. These variations lead to instantaneous changes in the photographic image of the site (it is possible to add or remove urban elements, grow trees, raise buildings, etc.). The five themes are structured in such a way as to offer 3125 possible combinations per point of view.
In the interface these compositions are called mixes. The user can compose his vision of the evolution of the district and add a comment. Validated mixes are hyperrealistic.
