Description
In order to secure the planning for a future planning area, the municipality may decide to block a change with the content that projects within the meaning of § 29 BauGB may not be carried out or that construction installations may not be removed or significant or substantially value-enhancing changes of land and construction facilities whose changes are not subject to approval, approval or notification may not be made.
