The Ircantec scheme applies on the one hand to employees of employers falling within the scope, on the other hand to elected representatives of local and regional authorities.
Among retirees, annual death monitoring is carried out. Such pensioners could receive from the Ircantec a personal old-age pension or a survivor’s pension.
