IRCANTEC Assets and Contributors

Description

Supplementary Retirement Institution of Non-Titular Agents of the State and Public Communities. The Ircantec scheme applies on the one hand to employees of employers falling within the scope, on the other hand to elected representatives of local and regional authorities. Affiliates are managed under two separate regulations. — Employees: the scheme is then complementary to the Social Security (CNAV). — Elected: depending on the case, the scheme is either complementary to the Social Security (CNAV) or the pension scheme is unique and compulsory. An asset in the Ircantec plan is a person who has acquired pension rights under the Ircantec plan and has not yet asserted them. An asset may be in a contribution status under the plan, or a contrario no longer contribute if his employment situation has changed and is no longer covered by the plan. Contributors are members who have been declared within the year by their employer, regardless of the length of their activity and the working condition (full or part-time, seasonal or home work...).
