Description

Supplementary Retirement Institution of Non-Titular Agents of the State and Public Communities. The Ircantec scheme applies on the one hand to employees of employers falling within the scope, on the other hand to elected representatives of local and regional authorities. Affiliates are managed under two separate regulations. — Employees: the scheme is then complementary to the Social Security. — Elected: depending on the case, the scheme is either complementary to the Social Security or the single and compulsory pension scheme. New retirees are members who calculate and pay their pension entitlements in the year in question.
