Overview of the State’s major digital projects

Resulting from close collaboration between DINUM and the ministries, the panorama of major digital projects of the State identifies and describes the main IT projects within the State.

As such, it provides:
- a shared vision of the main ongoing IT projects;
- a lever to promote these projects or to share difficulties;
- evidence of a digital transformation in progress: dematerialization, user relations, digital identity, collaborative solutions, mobility, big data...

On this basis, the ministries and services of the Prime Minister identify and undertake the actions necessary for the success of these projects.

Each of these projects is described in ten points: name, description, sponsoring ministry, start date, estimated duration, current phase, estimated cost, inter-ministerial nature, main functional area in relation to the land use plan.

The overview of major digital projects (formerly "major IS projects overview") is available on numerique.gouv.fr.

Every citizen thus has an overview of the main efforts made by the State to modernise its information system and embark on a digital transformation.
