Description
This green map is a grid (1m resolution) of segmentation classification of the summer flight orthophotos commissioned by the Agency for Nature and Forests (ANB). Flanders Information Agency (AIV - EODaS) carried out a segmentation classification of the mid-scale summer flight orthophotos to create a map with the classes ‘Not Green’, ‘Agriculture’, ‘Low Green’ (less than 3m) and ‘High Green’ (more than 3m). Based on the Agricultural Use Parcel Map 2015 (Department of Agriculture and Fisheries), ‘Low Green’ and ‘Not Green’ have been classified as ‘Agriculture’. This means, for example, that trees in agricultural areas have been classified as ‘High Green’.
