List of public procurement contracts
Description
List of contracts concluded (notified) by the City of Saint-Malo.
In accordance with Article 133 of the Code of Public Procurement, contracts whose amount H.T. exceeds the threshold of EUR 15 000 are listed.
The HT Amount column indicates the amount originally planned for the contract.
Depending on the type of contract, the amount of the first year (renewable contracts), the maximum amount (purchase orders) or the cumulation of all tranches (conditional tranche contracts) is indicated.
It is therefore an authorisation of expenditure, not an expenditure actually mandated.
