Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 42 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The following sentences are added to Section 2(2) of the Neugraben-Fischbek 42 Development Plan Act of 12 July 1979 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 217):
"Amusement arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33(i) of the Gewerbeordnung, which serve to install gaming machines with or without profit opportunities, shall be prohibited in the mixed area and in the core areas on all storey levels."
