Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 42 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The following sentences are added to Section 2(2) of the Law on the Development Plan Neugraben-Fischbek 42 of 12 July 1979 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, p. 217):
‘Playing halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33(i) of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit, shall be prohibited in the mixed area and in the core areas at all levels of the floor.’
