B-Plan 3-037 Lower Green (XPlanning)

Description

Development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 3-037 entered into force on 19.11.1971. Its scope lies in the Ebnet district. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the data model XPlanung (Raster and Surrounding).
