Certification Obligation Parameter
Description
This API allows to recover the calculation of the obligation and the commitments under the certification based on parameters per year of delivery. These parameters, set by the rules of the capacity mechanism, are stable for a year of delivery from 4 years before. Obligation and certification are laid down by the rules of the capacity mechanism.
