WFS Nitrate contaminated areas §13aDüV

Description

Fertiliser Ordinance (DüV 2021): In crops sown or planted after 1 February, fertilisers with a significant nitrogen content may only be applied if a catch crop has been grown on the affected area in the autumn of the previous year and has not been pruned before 15 January. This does not apply to areas where crops are harvested after 1 October and to areas where annual rainfall is less than 550 millimetres per square metre on a long-term average.
