Atlas of amphibians-reptiles 2010 - 2020
Description
Amphibians and Reptiles are among the most endangered animal species in the region.
Recent work (including the regional red list) shows that almost half of the species present in Picardy are ‘Quasi-Threatened’ or even ‘Critically Endangered’.
Therefore, the slightest information on their presence is of great importance, if the conservation of these species and the protection of their living environment are to be ensured as effectively as possible.
This is the whole point of the present project ‘Atlas of Amphibians and Reptiles of Picardy’, the aim of which is to draw up an inventory of the situation of each species over the period 2010-2020.
