Description
On oqp.io, users can create one or more email alerts to be notified when a new “resource” (a vacant dwelling or building) is reported. This feature can be used by a neighbor, a contributor or an elected official, but it is with rental real estate investors that it is the most successful. It therefore provides information on the areas in which there is a demand unsatisfied by the real estate market, and on which there are actors ready to take care of housing that is currently vacant.
oqp.io publishes this data in a completely anonymized manner. If you want to submit an opportunity to people looking for a resource, report a resource on oqp.io, researchers will be notified by email.
