Description
On [oqp.io](https://oqp.io), users can [create one or more email alerts](https://oqp.io/add-alert) to be notified when a new “[resource](https://oqp.io/definitions)” (a vacant dwelling or building) is reported. This feature can be used by a neighbor, a contributor or an elected official, but it is with rental real estate investors that it is the most successful. It therefore provides information on the areas in which there is a demand unsatisfied by the real estate market, and on which there are actors ready to take care of housing that is currently vacant.
