Description
This dataset contains the land boundaries of plots of land as well as the ground right-of-way of buildings.
These data are indirectly derived from the Computerized Cadastral Plan issued by the DGFIP (Directorate General of Public Finance). However, the representation of parcels is slightly simplified (between separative boundaries) compared to that proposed by the DGFIP. In addition, the right-of-way of the buildings also appears the buildings "in project", on the basis of Building Permits deposited and instructed by the municipality.
Although not legally valid, the accuracy of the data is very good: more or less 10 cm for parcels, and more or less 1 metre for buildings. The plots are updated once a year, the buildings are updated continuously.
