French Association against Myopathies — Telethon
Description
On 13 June 2016, the Court of Auditors published a report, drawn up pursuant to Article L. 111-8 of the Code of Financial Jurisdictions, on the French Association against Myopathies (AFM) — Telethon, an organisation calling on public generosity to fund research projects on neuromuscular genetic diseases and rare genetic diseases. Upon completion of its review and within the limits of its due diligence, the Court finds that the costs incurred by the AFM — Telethon in fiscal years 2008 to 2013 are consistent with the objectives pursued by the call for public generosity.
