Annual ODA Implementation Report 2015
Description
The report was drawn up in the form and requirements of Article 91(8) of the PPRD and contains information on:
1. The general conditions for the implementation of the municipal development plan and, in particular, changes in the socio-economic conditions of the municipality;
2. The progress made in meeting the objectives and priorities of the municipal development plan on the basis of monitoring indicators;
3. Actions taken by the competent authorities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of the municipal development plan, including:
the monitoring measures and the mechanisms put in place for data collection, processing and analysis;
B) An overview of the problems encountered in the process of implementation of the municipal development plan during the relevant year, as well as the measures to overcome these problems;
C) The measures to provide information and publicity of the actions for the implementation of the municipal development plan;
D) The measures to achieve the necessary compliance of the municipal development plan with sectoral policies, plans and programmes on the territory of the municipality;
the measures to implement the partnership principle;
the results of evaluations carried out at the end of the relevant year;
4. Conclusions and proposals to improve monitoring results.
