Telephone Numbering Resources

Description

The data files relating to telephone numbering resources cover all the resources allocated by Arcep to electronic communications operators: telephone numbers, including short numbers or value-added service numbers (E.164); routing prefixes; MNC/IMSI codes (E.212), R1R2 codes, national and international semaphore point codes, RIO prefixes of geographical, multipurpose and special numbers. You can find at the end of this page the documentation of this open data. The update date of each file is specified on [Arcep extranet] (https://extranet.arcep.fr/communications-electroniques/numerotation). ### File Format All files are complete exports, in csv format (encoding: ANSI, separator: ;), which contain all the information specified at the date of extraction (no delta) and whose first row is a header row that contains the name of the column field. The specifications of all the numbering files are available on [Arcep Extranet] (https://extranet.arcep.fr/uploads/spec_export_num_arcep.pdf). For the correspondence between the Arcep code of the operator and its name, you can refer to the list of electronic communications identifiers available [in open data] (https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/electronic communications identifiers/).
