Housing in Île-de-France: giving coherence to public action
Description
On 8 April 2015, the Court of Auditors published a report on housing in Île-de-France. It notes the limitations of the policies pursued over the past two decades in three major areas: development, which governs and conditions housing production, social housing and private housing. In the end, improving the housing situation in Île-de-France is not just a matter of financial effort: it is equally important that public interventions are better organised, targeted and, above all, more coherent.
