CRITER Counting of the Lyon Metropolis
Description
The CRITER metering is a one-time object that represents the position of traffic measurement sensors. It is characterised by traffic information from the reference week of year n-1 (usually the busiest week of the year, S40 or S41): average working days, maximum hourly and hourly maximum flow. These objects can be linked to real-time traffic data (http://data.grandlyon.com/localisation/etat-du-trafic-temps-rfel/). This data is generated and consolidated by the CRITER system (automated road traffic regulation) of the Directorate of Highways of Greater Lyon.
