Non-aedificandi space: perimeter prohibiting the installation of any construction including buried parts (unless otherwise provided for in the regulations of the area concerned) but not including fences.

Margin of decline: perimeter in which all construction is prohibited. It shall constitute a reference limit within the meaning of Article 6 of the area concerned.
